We stayed in Banyan Tree in Phuket and we just returned. It was like a dream holiday that we had.

This was our second stay in Banyan Tree. Our stay was in Seychelles last time and it was so wondeful that we chose to come here again.

This was our second visit to a Banyan Tree Resort as we stayed at their Seychelles resort last year and I am now totally hooked.

The Banyan Tree resorts should surely be between the most beautiful resorts in the world. We stayed in a lagoon pool villa. there was a surprise waiting for us there that We had actually booked to stay in a pool villa but were given free transfer to the lagoon one which was very kind of them.

It was my wife’s birthday and i was given a complimentary birthday cake and champagne(thanks again for that). I thought this was a lovely touch and it is things like this that makes Banyan Tree so special.

Airport transfer was free and met the receptionist of the hotel there.

Everything was great, try it, go ahead.

As for food, its not great but i can’t say its bad. Breakfast is ok, you can try that one.

When you book you see that the hotel is very expensive but you get free unlimited entrance to both parks for the duration of your stay and the luxury of the hotel I believe it is great value for money and we will definitely return.

This is our fourth time and we are going back to this hotel and Disneyland.

The staff is ok but they a bit lazy! the check in time was 4pm but our room wasn’t ready by the time we are there.

Rooms are very small you can’t walk without jumping on your bags if they are lying there.

As for food, its ok but too expensive compare to the street.

finally, you could fine better.

Rooms are quite large which was surprising. Shower and everything was working fine. There is also a safe in the room that you might useful.

When we arrive to the hotel check-in is gone quickly so was check-out as receptionist was quite experienced and they knew what they were doing.

As for food, there is restaurant in the lobby and we tried it a couple of times. Would i recommend it? I think i would but its not great I must say.

I would go back…

I read many holiday reviews on the hotel Libertel Bellechasse.

Hotel is very clean but some places was dusty where hard to reach but this is not an excuse not to clean.

Staff is alright but they need to learn more English!

Because the hotel is nearby a museum prices are really high on anything you need. So walking for half an hour will take you to normal prices!

Because its in the middle of Europe, you don’t need a travle agency or anything else in the middle. Just book your flights and do it yourself!!!

The rooms was really small but do not forget that its only to sleep. rest of your day and night going on in the city of Paris with doing a lot of things.

Breakfast is typical French and consisting bread, croissants, cereal and etc.

We were there for two weeks and we had a great stay in this hotel. Staff is very very friendly and helpful. They offered us a deluxe room from a normal room for no extra charge.

Staff is speaking very good English which helped us a lot. Unfortunately our French is not enough, maybe not very good.

Rooms are rather big and comfortable. Staff is ok, they work hard.

When you are there out of the season you can take your car with you and park safely around the hotel.

Staff is alright. They work nicely and hard to make visitors happy and comfortable all the time around staying. Most them speaks English. The hotel is located in the centre of Florence town.

The hotel wasn’t very full during our stay and lobby wasn’t very busy too. There was papaers and other magaines however they were all in Italian language.

finally the hotel is good for short stays.

Another thing is there are lots and lots of steps so if you don’t like this consider your decision twice.

Cleanless is ok, they work hard on that. Staff is ok they are friendly. location is not bad, you would like it.

As for entertainment, there wasn’t entertainment! especially for youngs there is nothing to do except for drinking at the bar and go read and watch movies in italian after.
