Staff is really helpful and cheerful. They are trying their best to keep you happy. They all speak English which is perfect.

Rooms are not as big as you would expected but its alright as its only to sleep. When you go out to explore Istanbul, you coming back to the hotel tired and you don’t want to do anything rather than sleep.

Most rooms has balcony and air condition. Staff very well trained and they speak very good English as well as some other languages.
