We usually go to different destinations for our holidays but for last two summers we are choosing Marmaris. And this is our second stay at Sahin apartment.

Staff is lovely, very hard working guys. They do everything they can to keep us happy.

As its self catering you do your shop and cook your dinner. All the rooms are fitted with lots of kitchen things so you don’t miss anything.

There are restaurants around the apart so you can try lots of different delicious dinners.

Would recommend it.

We did have a fantastic holiday in Tekin Apartments. That was third times us coming to Marmaris, Turkey and they were all lovely. Especially our kids loving it.

The apartment is really good. They keep it clean at all the times. Staff is always cleaning the enviroment and maids changing the linens nearly every day.

There are shopping centers around the apartment like tescos here so you buy everything from these shops and they are even cheaper then asda! This is what turkish people screaming at you front of the shops.

As I said above we loved this apart and we will come back again.

Here we are again and my review about Bravo Apartments. The hotel is very clean ve tidy. There are enough sunbeds and you don’t have to wake up very early in the morning which is fun.

There is a nice pool bar next to pool. And you can have lovely sandwiches in this bar while you sunbathing.

You can shop just next to apartments and prices are really reasonable.

Definetely will come back next year.

That was our another holiday in Marmaris, in Turkey. We enjoyed it very much. Staff is very helpful and entertained our kids so now our children wants to go back there.

Our bedroom was little but was enough as we were only going to bed just to sleep night times.

Loryma Resort Hotel is in Turunc which is a quite place and a family resort.

Firstly we start from first stage. If you talk to somebody around you like a waiter or bar staff or receptionist or any other people you meet or just said hi once will be very happy to help you!!! As this is very profitable help that they doing it for you. When you even mean you are gonna buy a property in Marmaris, they will say that they know somebody who can help you about this and would make it cheap or with a big reducement. You can imagine how realistic is this! They do get a commission from Real Estate Agents for each customer they take to them. And that can make the property even more expensive than already is as adding the commision on top.

However there are benefits going to the agent someone local as well. That would make you feel safe and not everybody is same, maybe they are really helping you and expecting nothing for it.

Talking about the price

This is the hard bit for you. Before talking about the property’s price you should really investigate the house. You should see every side of the house or flat or apartment.. For the price these things are important:

Location
This is most important as if it s close to somewhere that very valuable or very far away to center, close to beach, away to shoppings, close to night life, away to etc. When you making your price in your head consider about above list.
Condition
How good the condition of the property. Is there any job to do in and out side of the house? Is it safe for earthquakes? This is very vital as Turkey is a EarthQuake country, and it is expected any time or day or month of the year. Property must be build in good parameters and it should have a paper that saying that house is passed all the test it should. And this paper must come from the Municipality of Marmaris and or Architect and Construction Engeeners Association.
