President of Costa Brava Municipality explained and defended the decision that local people is not be able to use the public beaches freely and being disturbed by those people who makes love on the beach. Again President says that love games on the beach restricting people’s freedom on the beach.

And finally police will be very strict about love gamers and people who making sex on the beach!!!

My only worries are that will women be able to have sunbathe topless? Will this effect ladies naked on the beach? And what other decision that will effect holiday makers, are on the way coming to Law soon?

Making Love Banned on Costa Brava Beach!

As you read in the title people who likes making love on the beach as famous cocktail’s name “sex on the beach” is no longer appropriate actually its prohibited by local authority.

Tossa de Mar is a beautiful beach in Costa Brava with the population of 6000 (only locals) and much more in summer times. This decision of Municipality of Costa Brava, will be valid on after first of July (so you still have time to give your partner a French kiss! guys).

Accordiong to Municipality of Costa Brava, if you been catch by a Municipality officer when you making love or kissing your partner with a big fever you will have to pay for it with fine of either 400 euros or 180 euros (thats up to how feverish you kissing your partner, i think).
