It isn’t everyday that you get to enjoy Ireland’s most wonderful city Dublin. If you are one of the lucky few that do, enjoy it. There are plenty of things to see, taste, and experience while you are there. In fact, if you don’t know where to start you can use this article as a starting point. I have listed 20 attractions in Dublin,Ireland that will have you wanting more of this beautiful city every minute of your visit!

1: Experience Dublin Just Like The Locals!

Despite its not-so-good reputation over the years the neighborhood Temple Bar is a must see for any visitor, and locals want to keep it that way. Cobblestone Streets, cafes, art galleries, and splendid architect are a among the few things you’ll see in this old, new neighborhood of Dublin.

2: Have A Perfect Pint At Kehoe’s

If your sole reason for visiting Ireland is its Guinness then head over to Kehoe’s. The bar has great staff and will keep that mug full. On a crowded night be prepared to sit over with the others by the stairs, a tradition in both the city and the neighborhood. The building is old and made of wood but gives it a rich-history feel. Many love to drink here and I won’t be surprised if you’re enjoying yourself too. If you fear small places then stay away from the bathrooms. They are very, very tight. Just giving you a word of warning.

3: Show Up At The Dublin Castle

Dublin’s castle isn’t what you would probably imagine in the traditional sense. The Dublin Castle has not drawbridge, no moats, and no turrets. Doesn’t really sound like a castle does it? In reality Castle Dublin is actually a collection of 18th Century buildings. The castle is used as a government meeting area, but also hosts a few concerts from time to time. So if you’re around see what is going on at the castle. Be prepared to pay to get inside it isn’t free. However, walking around the castle is fine and free. The choice is yours.

The Porterhouse is wooded décor and heavily rustic, but Dublin’s oldest microbrewery makes up for it with its quality and tasty beer. You won’t find any competitors beers here just their own. But I can also assure you that you will not be disappointed either. Many people travel from around the Dublin and the world just to taste their beer, and grab a bite to eat.

5: Walk In The Parade

The St. Patrick’s Day parade happens every March on the 17th day. This special holiday gives everyone an excuse to drink, if you need one. . . Entertainment lasts for days and entertainers come from all over Ireland and Europe to perform. Its a massive holiday followed by a massive following. You would be an idiot to miss out on this parade if your around!

6: Take A Stroll At Trinity College

If you don’t want to walk around with huge flock of college students visit Trinity College on Sunday. When all the students are sleeping in and the bells for the church are ringing for early mass. Trinity college is both peaceful and beautiful and has some incredible alumni. Oscar Wilde and Laurete Samuel Beckett are just a few names on their most amazing alumni roster.

7: Visit Peploe’s!

Fridays are always fun at Peploe’s. Where local business men, gurus, and locals grab a bite to eat and enjoy themselves immensely. The rooms are completed decked out and featured with crisp table linens, wood, and all sorts of beautiful murals. The establishment boasts a common but incredible list of foods: French onion dip, Caesar Salad, and smoked salmon with dill sauce. A long and delicious list of wines compliments the menu well. You won’t leave disappointed from this restaurant at all.

Loft Market resembles a New York indoor fashion market. Where young stylist and designers gather together and mingle, create, and sell. It is one hell of a place and offers a lot of unique and one-time clothing. That means you probably won’t find someone wearing the same shirt on a Friday night at your local pub, and that is always a good thing.

It isn’t surprising that many people associate giant-like greasy burgers with America. We are well known for our burgers, and the terrible health it can cause. However we aren’t alone!
